The last two weekend's adventures have been all about unplugging. This weekend's adventure takes the unplugging cake with a 4-day hike in the Tetons. Our group of ten watched the weather all week, hoping the predicted snow and rain storms would pass before we hit the trails. Things were looking bleak as the thunder and wind rolled in on our first night, with rain soaking us to the core as we hiked the next morning. At one point we were huddled under some trees, desperately trying to warm up. I think our collected wishes and prayers were heard because shortly after, the sun came out. We sprawled all of our gear out and warmed our bones. The remaining 25 miles were incredible. Challenging, but worth every step.
