This weekends adventure was delicious, to say the least. Jesse knows a guy who is way into chocolate, like WAY into it. In fact, he’s the president of the Utah Chocolate Society and teaches classes regularly. So we brought his class to our home. We grabbed a few of our foodie friends for a night of learning about (and tasting) fine chocolate. I enlisted our good friend Vanessa to help me put together a cheese plate which, in my opinion, was a total success. It was such a decadent night which left me genuinely liking dark chocolate (a true feat!).
